Flux Klein ("we", "our", or "us") offers refunds in accordance with this Refund Policy. This policy applies to all purchases made through our Service. By making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Subscription Plans

For subscription-based plans (Pro and Enterprise), refunds may be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase date, provided that:

  • The subscription has not been used excessively (more than 50% of the allocated quota)
  • No violation of our Terms of Service has occurred
  • The refund request is made in good faith

1.2 Free Tier

The free tier is provided at no cost and is not eligible for refunds as no payment is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period
  • Used subscription credits or generations
  • Services that have been fully utilized
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • Custom enterprise plans (subject to individual contract terms)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your account email and order number
  3. Provide a brief explanation for the refund request
  4. Wait for our team to review your request (typically within 5-7 business days)

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Your account access will be revoked upon refund completion

5. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds. This typically occurs when a subscription has been partially used but significant issues prevent full utilization of the service. Partial refund amounts will be calculated based on unused portions of the subscription.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact our support team first. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds may be considered if technical issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period. Cancellations do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
