If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the fees specified for your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

Flux Klein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
